Every year, in a field of approximately 1,320 square meters, we grow peppers, kabocha pumpkins, bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini, etc., 15 different kinds of vegetables. Staff from each department takes turns watering and weeding the garden in Higashikawa Town, lovingly raising the vegetables. Also, the freshly harvested vegetables are used on that very day by the chef to create delicious dishes that are served to our guests. “Fresher and more delicious” food is the result of local produce.

“Osarappe Cattle (Wagyu Japanese Shorthorn)
Beef from Osarappe cattle, a Japanese shorthorn cattle breed, is now in the spotlight. That beef’s greatest feature is that it is healthy, low-fat, high-protein, lean meat. This is because the Osarappe cattle are raised in an environment filled with Etanbetsu’s clean air and water, and they are grass-fed, grazing the pastures until they are full. The number of Osarappe beef fans is surging because the more you eat, the better it tastes.
