Through the passing years.
July, 1920. Hokkaiya Hotel, Asahikawa Branch opened.
October 1951. New Hokkai Hotel, Inc. established, opened for business.
June, 1952. Name changed to New Hokkai Hotel.
August, 1952, Hotel undergoes major refurbishment.
October, 1952, Hotel is registered with the government as an international tourist hotel.
December 1957. New building opened.
August 1971. Open for business after completion of rebuild at the new location.
May 1994.Asahikawa Grand Hotel opened and continues even now.
